Privacy Policy

Draft — needs your review
This is an outline, not legal advice. Have a Philippine lawyer review it against the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) before you take real customers, and register with the National Privacy Commission if your processing requires it.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address and mobile number. Inside your account you record your own business data — units, bookings, guest names and contact numbers, payments, expenses, staff and maintenance records.

Guest data is yours

Guest details you enter belong to your business. We store and process them on your behalf so the system can show you your calendar, balances and reports. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to market to your guests.

Where it is stored

Data is held in Google Firebase (Firestore), protected by security rules that only allow your own signed-in account to read or write your business’s records. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.

Who can see it

Only you and the staff accounts you create. We access your data only when you ask us to for support, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Ask us to close your account and we delete your business data, except records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. Write to the address below and we will act within a reasonable period.
