The service
Staycation Booking System is software for managing a staycation business: bookings, calendar, guests, payments, expenses, cleaning, maintenance, staff and reports. We provide the tool; how you run your business and what you promise your guests is yours.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and make sure the staff accounts you create are people you trust. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you will not be billed.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced per month or per year, in Philippine pesos. Your plan sets how many units and users your account may hold. You may upgrade at any time; downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing period, provided your active unit count fits the smaller plan.
Your data
Your business and guest data stays yours. You may export it at any time, and closing your account removes it — see the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost income or other indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
